Rotisserie Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients:


2 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup chicken broth or stock

3 cups cubed rotisserie chicken

12 oz bag (frozen mixed veg), thawed

1 can corn

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1/2 teaspoon of onion powder

Drop biscuits (see recipe for drop biscuits) or canned biscuits will work



Heat the oven to 400°F. Spray a 9 inch by 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray

Stir the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic salt, onion powder and vegetables in a large sauce pan. heat until hot and remove from stove. Gently stir in chicken - try not to break the chicken apart if possible. Spoon the chicken mixture into the 9x13 baking dish

Spoon drop biscuit dough over the filling creating individual drop biscuits about 3" in diameter or layer canned biscuits over mixture


Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
