Air Fryer Cornflake Chicken

Ingredients:


1 pound chicken tenders (or sliced chicken breast)

1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

3 large egg, beaten

2 cup cornflakes, crushed

cooking spray




Directions:


  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F

  2. Season chicken with poultry seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Place beaten eggs into a shallow bowl. Place cornflakes into a second shallow bowl.

  4. Dip chicken in beaten egg, then press in cornflakes to coat. Place in the air fryer basket and spray the tops with cooking spray.

  5. Cook in the preheated air fryer for 7 to 8 minutes. Flip chicken, spray again with cooking spray, and air fry for 3 to 5 minutes more. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F
