Greek Yogurt Jello Dessert

Ingredients


  • 1 (3-oz) package flavored gelatin dessert, any flavor

  • ½ cup boiling water

  • ½ cup cold water

  • 1 cup vanilla 0% Greek yogurt



Directions:

  1. Place the gelatin in a large heat-safe bowl. Add the boiling water; whisk until the gelatin has completely dissolved, about 2 minutes (be sure to scrape any undissolved gelatin off the sides of the bowl as you go so it all gets dissolved).

  2. Add the cold water; stir to combine.

  3. Add the yogurt; whisk until the mixture is smooth and the yogurt is completely incorporated (there should be no white lumps or spots).

  4. Divide the mixture evenly between four 6-ounce ramekins or dessert cups/dishes.

  5. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled and completely set, about 4 hours
